             1.  The Chairman has rejected all suggestions from the Executive Committee and has decided that Reunion IX will be on August 14, 1982 at Camp Hugh Beaver.

             2.  The Chairman decided to have a flexible program beginning with lunch and ending with dinner.

                (A)        A "Wine and Cheese" party will be held at 11:30 a.m. instead of eating lunch,

                           a)  Each of the Chairman's brothers-inlaw shall provide at least one fifth of white wine; each of the Chairman's nephews shall provide at least one fifth of red wine.

                           b)  Each of the Chairman's sisters-in-law shall provide at least 1/2 lb. sharp cheese; each of the Chairman's nieces shall provide at least 1/2 lb. mild cheese or 1/2 lb. soft cheese.

                           c)  Each family shall furnish a box of chips, crackers, dipchips, Doritos, peanuts or mixed nuts.

                           d)  No coca colas are to be consumed before 11:30 a.m.

                           e)  Cousins shall supply the soft drinks for the kids.

                (B)        A banquet will be prepared by Mr. Cook in his usually competent manner. Volunteers may be needed to help serve.

             3.  No one is invited to stay at Camp Hugh Beaver overnight before or after the Reunion. Out of town persons should make appropriate arrangements with residents at Easton, P'Burg, Shimer Manor, Delaware Heights, or Stewartsville.
