    1. The Chairman and Secretary conferred with the Executive Committee by conference telephone call and the Reunion date of August 15, 1981 was selected for Schroeder Reunion Eight

    2. The Committee decided to endorse a flexible program beginning with lunch and ending with dinner.

        (A) A "Wine and Cheese" party will be held at 12 noon, instead of eating lunch,

            a) Each male Schroeder shall provide at least one fifth of white; one fifth of red; and one fifth of any other wine.

            b) Each male outlaw shall provide at least 1/2 lb. sharp cheese; 1/2 lb. mild cheese; and 1/2 lb. soft cheese.

            c) Each family shall furnish a box of chips, crackers dipchips, Doritos, peanuts or mixed nuts.

            d) No Coca Colas are to be consumed before 11:30 a.m.

            e) Cousins shall supply the soft drinks for the kids.

        (B) A Reunion Banquet will be prepared by Mr. Cook in his usually competent manner. Volunteers may be needed to help serve same at 6:00 p.m.

    3. No one is invited to stay at Camp Hugh Beaver overnight before or after the Reunion. Out of town persons should make appropriate arrangements with residents of Easton, P'Burg, Shimer Manor, Delaware Heights, or Stewartsville.
