SCHROEDER REUNION III

SECOND MEETING EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE

May 30, 1976

    The Executive Committee met on May 30, 1976 at the Windbreaker in Ocean City, Maryland.

    On Motion duly made, seconded and carried, it was:

    RESOLVED, that the THIRD Annual Reunion of the Schroeder clan will be held at Camp Hugh Beaver on Saturday, August 14, 1976, and it was further

    RESOLVED, that each member of the family (except the chairman's wife) would be assessed $3.00; and it was further

    RESOLVED, that each spouse (or outlaw) would be assessed 3.00 (except the Chairman); and it was further

    RESOLVED, that each child of a member would be assessed 1.00 (except the children of the Chairman and his spouse); and it was further

    RESOLVED, that each companion, date or escort of each child of a member be assessed $1.00 (excepting those accompanying the Chairman's children); and it was further

    RESOLVED, that each member's family (including children and dates) be assessed no more than $10.00; and it was further

    RESOLVED, that each member and family furnish their own cocktails, alcoholic or soft beverages; and it was further

    RESOLVED, that each member and family staying at Camp Hugh Beaver overnight (by invitation or as the result of overindulgence) make an appropriate contribution to Camp Hugh Beaver; and it is further

    RESOLVED, that delegations with wandering offspring residing way from the principal residence and expected to inform their children of the Schroeder Reunion "specifics" or furnish the Secretary with appropriate addresses of said "wanderers".
