The Schroeder 2000 (S2K) reunion will be held July 22, 2000 at Oxford Lake, New Jersey

Balance:  $267.57

The cost for the reunion will be $5.00 for each adult and $2.00 per child. Please pay the treasurer, Caroline Smith (Carolyn's daughter) when you arrive at the reunion.

Some changes to the schedule. Last year there was an event at the pavilion after hours so the rest rooms were open until 7:00. This year the rest rooms close at 5:00 so the schedule has been adjusted to reflect this.
The schedule is:

The food committee has met and decided on cold cut platters. The platters will be contain roast beef, ham, turkey, baloney, provolone, swiss, and american cheese. Rolls, ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise will also be provided. BYOB (Bring your own beverage - As this is a public park alcoholic beverages are probably not permitted) Volunteers are needed to set up and clean up. Please contact the editor if you would like to volunteer. The dessert table will be the same as prior years with each family bringing their own specialty.

Each Family is requested to bring one gift for the auction. Gifts may be wrapped or unwrapped. If wrapped the gift should be marked male/female/either adult/child. We still need a volunteer to be the auctionieer. For a change how about a female this year?

Dear Katie,
    As you know, we were not given training story books on what everything is. So I put a lot of hard work every day into figuring stuff out. The room with the grownup potty has oodles of stuff and lots to play with but everything is too high or locked up. Is this room worth my time? What am I missing?

Dear Shorty,
    Remember, they only lock the good stuff up so locked up stuff is always worth your time. You have to plan ahead on this one. First when in there with mommy (Who is in there much longer than Daddy) Cry and hold on to her. She will then pick you up. Then you can look at everything and some things that's all they need. Then kick your feet to kick a lot of things on the ground. The mommy will then put you daown. She will try to pick the stuff up but there are too many so you can grab one or two. Then RUN! While mommy looks for you (She lost 30 seconds picking stuff up) You can play with your new toys. Keep doing this until you have played with all f them. Remember the toddler secret word - "Mine"

Ooh I see something that I can reach and I do not know what it is but I am going to try to eat it!
