          I. The Chairman and Secretary conferred with Aunt Ada and Aunt Helene on Sunday, May 18, 1986 concerning the 19S6 Reunion date for SCHROEDER REUNION XIII. It was unanimously decided that the Reunion be held on August 9th at Camp Hugh Beaver.

          II. The Committee decided to continue the flexible program beginning with lunch and ending with dinner.

                (A) A "Wine and Cheese" party will be held at 12 noon, instead of eating lunch,

                     1) Each family shall provide its own wine, cheese, crackers, chips, dips, peanuts, etc.

                     2) No Coca Colas are to be consumed before 11:30 a.m.

                     3) Cousins shall supply the soft drinks for the kids.

                (B) A Reunion Dinner will be prepared by the camp staff. Volunteers may be needed to help serve same at 6:00 p.m.

          III. No one is invited to stay at Camp Hugh Beaver overnight before or after the Reunion. Out of town persons should make appropriate arrangements with residents of Easton, P'Burg, Shimer Manor, Delaware Heights, Stewartsville, Allentown, Morgan's Hill, Hatboro and Abington.
